Refund policy

We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges on sale items. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If your item is faulty, not as described, or otherwise fails to meet consumer guarantees, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. 

We accept returns for refund within 5 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • Returned with all original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To request a return for a refund, please email support@duckapparel.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item is received in a defective condition or differs from what was ordered, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@duckapparel.com.au so that we can assist further.


Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Please allow up to 12 business days for the refund to reflect

  • If you haven’t received your refund after this time, please check with your payment provider before contacting us


Exchanges and Store Credit

Where applicable, we may offer an exchange or store credit instead of a refund. This is assessed on a case-by-case basis and subject to stock availability. 


Sale & Promotional Items

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, store credit may be issued once the return is approved.
