No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges on sale items. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If your item is faulty, not as described, or otherwise fails to meet consumer guarantees, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. We encourage you to carefully review your selections before completing your purchase to ensure satisfaction with your order.

Discount stacking 

Sale items that are further discounted through daily deals, flash sales, or similar promotions are final sale and not eligible for exchanges or refunds unless the item is faulty. This policy ensures fair and transparent pricing during promotional periods.

When does the sale start?
Our Black Friday deals go live on the 20th of November and run until the 1st of December. VIPs get early access sign up so you don’t miss out.

How big are the discounts?
Our best deals of the year sitewide savings, bundles, and limited offers.

Do I need a code?
Nope! Discounts apply automatically at checkout.

Will things sell out?
Yes. Popular styles go fast. Cart doesn’t guarantee stock checkout does.

Will you restock?
Some items won’t return. If you love it, grab it.

Can I stack other discount codes?
Sorry no stacking. BFCM is already the best pricing of the year.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship from South Africa and Australia. Costs and times show at checkout.

How long will delivery take?
We ship fast, but BFCM is busy. Delivery can take up to 10 business days. 

What about returns?

Wrong size?
You can exchange the item for a size that fits you provided that the item is unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in original packaging. Items can only be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

Can I change/cancel my order?
Once placed, we move fast changes aren’t guaranteed as our support team will be working on many enquiries. Double-check details before checkout.

Will I get tracking?
Yes! You’ll get a link by email/SMS as soon as your order ships. For quick delivery updates, please contact the courier directly or track your order online. 

Do you offer gift wrap?
No - but our packaging is already gift-worthy.

Cyber Monday too?
Absolutely. New deals + last-chance offers.

Are gift cards on sale?
No, but you can buy and use them during BFCM.
