The Jacket looks perfect, I am yet to test its warmth in a Winter Climate. I had to exchange it for a bigger size so I could layer underneath it for snow conditions. A 16 exchanged for an 18. Happy Customer.

5 out of five...... When I realized that I had ordered the wrong size for my mother (94), I immediately contacted Inga. She responded the same day, and the exchange process was activated. It was amazing service. Within 4 days, they picked up the wrong order and delivered the new order the next day. Even though we live in a small town in the Karoo, it was not a problem. Thank you for the amazing service. My jacket was delivered within 4 days of my order. Unfortunately it was a little tight, so I immediately emailed Duck Apparel to exchange it for the next size up. I bought a rain jacket a while ago and now one of the puffer jackets with an extra Faux Fur. Duck Apparels’ service is absolutely outstanding!! I have ordered the Friday and the Monday it was delivered. I had a problem with the magnets on the faux fur and they have replaced it without any problems. The fur is a must have, it just puts the whole garment in another fashion range. Both pieces of clothing are clearly made with care and finishing. It is comfortable and easy to wear all day long even while busy doing your daily chores. I am proud to wear both my jackets. Wish i could order one of each colour. It was very difficult to make a choice at the end of the day. Thank you Duck Apparel for good service and an excellent product.

According to the measurements provided, i was size 34, so i ordered a 36. I should have ordered a 38 as its quite tight and you cant wear more than a t-shirt under it. Good quality and lovely colour
